Meals:  Please see the schedule of events for a complete itinerary of meals throughout the tournament.

Schedule/Draws:  Draws and schedules will be updated on the USTA website on March 14, 2013 and posted nightly at the Courtyard by Marriott.

Match Play:  All players must be courtside and check in at the tournament desk 30 minutes prior to their scheduled match.  Please remember that BOTH winners and losers must report back to the tournament desk following a match.

Transportation:  Shuttles will run approximately every 30 minutes between the tournament hotel and tennis courts beginning at 7:00am every morning. 

Practice Courts:  There will be 2 practice courts available at each site during the tournament.  There are 4 players to a court.  To reserve a 30-minute block please sign up on Tuesday during registration in the hotel meeting room after 6:00pm and for the remainder of the tournament at 11:00am at the YMCA tournament desk.  The practice courts will operate on a first come – first serve basis.

Parking/Drop Off:  There is a gated loading area located near the tennis courts.   This is to be used only as a drop off/pick up location.  You may drop off a player and/or wheelchair at any time, but please do not park or block this area.

YMCA Facility:  Players are welcome to use the entire YMCA complex during the tournament.  The main YMCA building, which is across the campus from the tennis center, has multiple workout rooms, a pool, showers, restrooms, vending machines, etc.

Restrooms: There are restrooms with a handicapped accessible stall located on either side of the players’ lounge.  There are additional restrooms with accessible bathroom stalls located in the main YMCA facility.

Airport Transportation:  Please confirm your airport departure transportation with Marilu Major (225) 806-2460/ mlmajor@bellsouth.net by Saturday so shuttles can be coordinated.

Racquet Stringing:  Racquet stringing is available at the YMCA tournament site.  Please see Tennis Pro Shop for pricing and information.

Repair Station:  There will be a repair station available at the YMCA courts.

Wheelchair Storage:  Tennis wheelchairs may be stored over night in the players’ lounge at the tennis courts beginning Tuesday, March 19..

Massage:  Massages will be available at the YMCA daily during tournament play from 9:00-12:00 and 1:00-5:00.  Tournament Physician will be available as needed.
